Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience working in a school setting Previous supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams Adept at implementing and adapting behavioral intervention plans Thorough knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the daily activities of RBTs by providing direct supervision, constructive feedback, and mentorship Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans for students Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of behavioral programs Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress and make informed adjustments Lead team meetings and participate in IEP development as it relates to behavioral goals and strategies Foster positive relationships across the school community, contributing to a supportive and inclusive climate This is your chance to drive meaningful change and support student success in a dynamic school environment.
