Pay and Benefits:

Hourly Compensation:

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required Previous school-based experience required Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) required Strong collaboration and communication skills

Onsite Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral support services to students Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with teachers and school staff regarding behavior plans Assist with behavior intervention implementation and monitoring Support positive student outcomes in the school setting
