School Year Contract Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on supporting students with behavioral needs by developing, implementing, and overseeing effective behavior intervention strategies within a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Oversee and support the implementation of behavior plans by RBTs, aides, and school staff Provide training and ongoing guidance to teachers and support personnel Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decision-making Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, psychologists, and families Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations Ensure compliance with state, district, and ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage caseload and support multiple stakeholders
