- Responsibilities
- + Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students + Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and reinforce positive behaviors + Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social goals + Assist with classroom participation and engagement + Collect and document behavioral data accurately + Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and support staff + Help maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment + Support students with daily classroom activities as needed •Qualifications•+ High School Diploma or equivalent required + Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with behavioral needs preferred + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to remain patient, professional, and adaptable in a school setting + Reliable transportation + Ability to pass required background screening and onboarding requirements •Why Join Amergis?
