Board Certified Behavior Analyst - San Leandro, CA

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours per week in a school setting located in San Leandro, CA. The role focuses on providing Applied Behavior Analysis services with an emphasis on conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), performing observations, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments to identify student needs. Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans. Observe and assess student behaviors to inform treatment strategies. Supervise and guide RBTs to ensure effective service delivery. Collaborate with school teams to support behavior goals and educational progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Proven experience in school-based ABA services. Strong skills in conducting FBAs and creating BIPs. Prior experience supervising RBTs preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
