Ro Health is looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are excited to work in the schools and make a big impact with students! We are currently hiring BTs and RBTs to work at School Districts throughout the Bay Area including in the Oakland, CA area and the Hayward, CA area! All Behavioral Technicians receive access to paid professional development opportunities designed to enhance their clinical skills, expand their knowledge of evidence-based practices, and support career advancement within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). For employees interested in obtaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, we provide employer-paid RBT training and comprehensive support throughout the certification process. Our clinical team offers hands-on guidance, mentorship, and supervision, including assistance with training completion, competency assessment preparation, exam readiness, and ongoing professional development. BT/RBT | Duties May Include Carrying out and implementing behavior plans Use of ABA principles to teach adaptive behaviors such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills Data collection Working as a team to promote goal achievement and maintenance of a safe, productive environment Collaborating with other staff members and across disciplines BT/RBT | Position Requirements CPR Certification High School Diploma or Equivalent Strong ability to work in a team environment Enthusiasm for working with kids with developmental disabilities Previous school experience is preferred Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
