Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician ( RBT ), where supporting individuals with developmental disabilities will make a meaningful impact every day. As an RBT, you will implement evidence‑based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your dedication, energy, and compassion will help clients build essential skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve their overall quality of life. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to positive change in the community. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, hygiene, and meal preparation to promote independence. Collect and record behavioral data to monitor progress and guide treatment planning. Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills using evidence‑based teaching strategies. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavior support strategies and progress tracking. Requirements Understanding of ABA protocols, behavior management techniques, and special education strategies. Experience working with individuals with disabilities Proficiency in data collection, documentation, and behavioral health record‑keeping. Effective communication skills with clients, families, and team members while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards aligned with the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code. Home‑based behavioral experience is a plus, demonstrating flexibility across different environments. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and motivation to support client success through consistent behavioral intervention.

Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
