You'll play a vital role in supporting high school students and school staff, ensuring that best practices in behavior analysis are implemented across classrooms. What you'll bring:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience supporting students in school settings, particularly at the high school level
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Expertise in conducting behavioral assessments and designing intervention plans
- Ability to coach educators and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities Your key responsibilities:
