This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by implementing evidence-based interventions rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will help foster growth, independence, and improved quality of life through personalized care plans and compassionate support. M-F (Saturdays optional) afternoon/afterschool time schedules (3:00pm-8:00pm) Duties Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols designed to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect and document behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support clients in various settings such as home, school, or community environments, ensuring consistency across environments. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure cohesive care and progress updates. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of all medical records and client information. Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorders. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques. Data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress and supporting clinical decision-making. Prior experience in special education, home-based behavioral therapy, or school settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement.

Pay:
