August 12, 2026 June 11, 2027 Make a Difference in Students' Lives We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a school-based team in the Santa Clarita Valley, California for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to provide behavioral support services that help students achieve academic, social, and developmental success. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, strong behavioral intervention skills, and a passion for supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the direction of supervising professionals. Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students. Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and progress data. Assist students in developing social, communication, and adaptive skills. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and support staff. Utilize CPI/NCI crisis intervention strategies as needed. Support a positive and safe learning environment for all students. Required Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Current CPI/NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) Certification High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Ability to pass all required background checks and district onboarding requirements Preferred Qualifications Previous school-based experience highly preferred Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practice Apply directly to this posting or email resume to faith.omollo@procaretherapy.com Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $40.00.
