Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support across three elementary school sites in the area. This is a newly available position covering a maternity leave, with an immediate need—expect a fast interview and offer process for qualified candidates. This full-time contract role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the winter holiday, with potential to extend. The position is entirely in-person, supporting young learners in elementary school settings.

Key Qualifications:

Active and current BCBA certification required Previous experience working within school settings strongly preferred Demonstrated expertise with elementary-age students Ability to travel to three local elementary campuses as part of weekly schedule Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to providing direct, in-person services—virtual services are not available in this role

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct behavioral support to students across multiple elementary schools Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies Collect and analyze data on student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed Support professional development and provide guidance to instructional staff Ensure compliance with all district and regulatory guidelines for behavioral services This opportunity offers competitive compensation based on experience, with rates ranging from $55 to $60 per hour.
