Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a tangible impact in the lives of elementary students by providing essential behavioral support as a Registered Behavior Technician on a contract assignment for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year. Work a full-time schedule—35-40 hours per week—aligned with the standard school day and bell schedule, assisting students near Seaside, CA. Multiple caseloads are available, primarily focusing on 1:1 or 2:1 support for elementary-aged learners with a range of support needs. Details of student groupings will be reviewed during the interview.

Desired Qualifications:

At least one year of ABA experience in a school-based setting Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician licensure (supervision from a BCBA provided) Crisis intervention and de-escalation training Excellent collaboration and communication abilities Reliable transportation

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans as directed by BCBA supervisors Foster positive behavioral growth and skill acquisition in elementary students Collect and document data to measure progress and refine strategies Participate in team meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and other staff Support safe, positive, and inclusive learning environments throughout the school day Enjoy a supportive assignment with a dedicated recruiter guiding your journey.
