00 Support residents in a crisis-level behavioral residential setting, working 40 hours per week on fixed shifts that may include weekends and holidays. You will accompany individuals throughout their day, assist with activities in the home, meal preparation, grooming, hygiene, and personal care. A behavior intervention plan will be provided, and BCBAs are onsite for supervision. In-house CPI and Ukeru training are available. Candidates must have a current RBT certification and at least 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental delays and severe behaviors, preferably in a crisis setting.
