We've built a role that respects that investment with clear boundaries, reliable support, and real opportunities to grow. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Base salary: $82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000 Professional Development Funds to maintain BACB certification Assigned a caseload of clinical hours (which may include appointments in the late afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends as required). While there may be occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work, the majority of this role will be in person to best meet client needs.
