Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs, particularly children. This position involves implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on patient progress, and assisting in the development of care plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on patient behaviors and progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Model best practices and top quality treatment to other Behavior Technicians. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide direct support to patients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is preferred. Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Passion for providing exceptional patient care and improving the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges.
