Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a positive impact on the lives of students by serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity lets you work closely with students, staff, and families to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions that support student growth, engagement, and success. What you'll bring: Current and valid BCBA certification Experience working within school environments or with children/adolescents preferred Proficiency in conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and training staff Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams A passion for promoting positive behavioral change and fostering inclusive learning environments Adaptability to support the unique needs of an educational setting How you'll contribute: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to identify areas of need Create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers and staff on evidence-based strategies Support and collaborate with IEP teams to ensure proper accommodations are in place Engage with families to share strategies and foster consistency between school and home Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and regulatory standards What to expect: The chance to make measurable differences in students' daily experiences and long-term outcomes Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Contract flexibility to fit your career goals and lifestyle If you're dedicated to helping students thrive and ready to contribute your expertise to a rewarding school-based role, submit your application today and take the next step in your career as a BCBA!
