Job Description
Paid Training for all staff, Paid RBT Certification As a Behavior Technician, you will be trained and supported in the delivery of ABA Services, working 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. You will become skilled in this area, allowing for a true career path and to make a difference in the lives of children and their families. Assist us in helping our clients learn to; communicate, play, make friends and resolve challenging behaviors. Do you have what we need? This rewarding position works with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, through implementation of skill teaching, behavior management and data recording to help the children meet their best potential and quality of life. Must have Monday-Friday availability of 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:30

Part-time We provide paid training and supervision to become a Registered Behavior Technician Ongoing and frequent supervision by a Behavior Consultant and BCBAs Opportunity for career advancement within the field of ABA with mentorship and support Automatic enrollment into the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)REQUIREMENTS
6 months experience with the developmentally disabled (can include paid jobs, volunteer work, or care giving for family members) Must be 18 years or older High School diploma/GED Must have driver's license and insurance CaliforniaDOJ & FBI
fingerprint and background clearance (We will arrange this for you!) TB clearance before beginning training.Immunizations:
MMR, Tdap/Dtap/DTP, Varicella(Chickenpox) completed prior to training. Social Security Card Pay Range for thePosition:
$20.00- $21.
