RBT Certification:

We'll cover your certification costs while you earn $18.20/hour during training.

• Competitive Pay:

  Starting rates from $21.00 to $23.50, with opportunities for performance-based raises every 3-6months.

Your Role:

As an RBT, you'll provide one-on-one, behaviorally-based treatment to young children in our center. Perform part-time hours (up to 29 hours per week, with the potential of growing into full-time). You'll utilize a structured, research-based curriculum and access handheld technology for real-time data collection. Our hands-on training will empower you to become the best Behavior Technician you can be!

Who We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent ( required )
• Experience working with children ( required )
