Job Description

Make a meaningful impact on students lives as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting a range of grade levels, from 1st through 12th grade. In this contract role, youll deliver one-on-one assistance, tailoring strategies to help students achieve behavioral and academic goals. Work closely with educators, families, and support staff in a collaborative environment fostering student growth and positive outcomes. Your role will involve implementing behavior intervention plans, tracking progress, and adjusting approaches to meet individual student needs. Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active RBT certification required Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or therapeutic setting Comfortable supporting students in grades 1 through 12 Strong observational, communication, and data collection skills Familiarity with one-on-one intervention methods and positive behavior supports Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized, 1:1 behavioral support to students across multiple grade levels Follow established behavior intervention plans and collect ongoing data Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to optimize student support Participate in team meetings and contribute insights about student progress Document daily activities, observations, and outcomes Encourage the development of social, emotional, and academic skills in students This contract position offers the unique opportunity to work with diverse grade levels, gain invaluable experience, and help shape students educational journeys.
