We are searching for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential behavioral support and services to students, collaborating closely with educators, staff, and families. Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience providing ABA services in school or pediatric settings Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams Expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring student behavior intervention plans Adept at collecting and analyzing data to inform interventions Passion for supporting diverse learners and helping students reach their full potential
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted behavior intervention plans Work directly with students, staff, and families to implement evidenced-based behavioral strategies Provide ongoing coaching, training, and consultation to teachers and support staff Monitor student progress and actively adjust plans as required Ensure compliance with all documentation, reporting, and school protocols Participate in IEP meetings and consult on behavioral goals Support in gathering and reviewing relevant caseload information as needed Enjoy the rewards of making a tangible difference in the lives of students while enhancing your own professional journey in a supportive school environment.
