Job Description

Our private ABA program is hiring a Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist or Special Education Teacher to provide in-home services to a delightful and energetic teen boy diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This program consists of highly qualified individuals (BCBA, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, etc) working together to provide the best quality of service to this young boy. We are looking for someone who is energetic, willing to learn and apply feedback, and most importantly passionate about working with individuals with disabilities. You will be part of this team, in charge of 1:1 academics (math, reading, spelling, art, P.E, etc) ABA programs (positive reinforcement, data collection, reduction of problem behavior, etc), occupational therapy (sensory enriched diet), among other tasks. You will be provided with a nice, clean environment with plenty of space and a plethora of materials to conduct programs with ease. Extensive training will be provided.
Qualifications:
-High School diploma , preferably with Bachelor's degree or higher ( in psychology, education, social work, or related field). -At least one year experience servicing individuals with disabilities, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorders in DD population including: ABA schools or programs, Day Habilitation/Day Programs, or Residential Alternatives or Special Education Programs helping individuals specifically with Autism Spectrum Disorders. —Must be willing to mask (provided) —Must have a reliable means of transportation to travel to home
