9703474-95391 Job Description Make a difference every afternoon by working directly with elementary students in a dynamic after-school setting. Two openings are available for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide essential behavioral intervention and support at two vibrant elementary school sites as part of an engaging after-school enrichment program. As an on-site RBT, youll play a key role in supporting students who benefit from individualized behavioral guidance during our Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP). This well-structured program empowers students with tailored activities and interventions, promoting positive behaviors and personal growth. Youll collaborate with after-school staff and educational teams to create a positive, encouraging environment for elementary-age learners.

What Were Looking For:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings, preferably in elementary schools Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions (ABA, PBIS, etc.) Ability to build rapport with young students and maintain professional boundaries Excellent communication skills with students, school staff, and families Commitment to confidentiality and best practices in behavior support

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized behavioral intervention in small group and one-to-one settings Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on student progress Support general program activities and routines Collaborate with teachers and after-school staff to coordinate supports Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all students

PM Friday:
