$1,000 Sign-On Bonus(Paid 50% at 1 month and 50% at 6 months) The salary range for this position is $75,000- $76,800 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. Make a Meaningful Impact Aspiranet, a leading California-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our in Turlock, CA. In this critical role, you'll provide clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to youth experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. As part of a dedicated, trauma-informed team, you'll develop individualized safety and service plans, coordinate with county and healthcare partners, and ensure that each young person receives the care and stability they deserve. Position Summary The Clinician is responsible for providing collateral, case management, individual, family, and group therapy to clients and families. Additional responsibilities include compliance with regulations, care coordination, documentation and record maintenance. Key Responsibilities Assessment & Intervention
  • Complete clients screenings and assessments
  • Provide in-home or in-office individual, family, or group therapy
  • Coordinate with team to provide assessments, treatment planning, or evaluation for assigned clients. Planning & Collaboration
  • Develop individualized safety and service plans tailored to each youth's needs.
  • Train and guide staff on plan implementation and behavior support strategies. Documentation & Compliance
  • Complete all assessments, plans, and documentation according to Medi-Cal, county, and agency standards.
  • Follow all incident reporting procedures promptly and accurately.
