Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract This full-time opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) offers a rewarding role in an educational setting located in Union City, CA. Working 37.5 hours per week on a contract basis, the position focuses on providing essential behavioral support and interventions for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and triggers Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students Perform classroom and individual observations to monitor progress and adjust strategies Provide supervision and support for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student success and well-being
Desired Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification and active licensure Experience working within school environments Proficiency in conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and supervising RBTs Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple caseloads and maintain detailed documentation

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $55 to $65, aligned with experience and qualifications.
