Training:
Paid training and onboarding provided What You'll Do Provide behavioral support to students in classroom, small-group, and 1:1 settings Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of school or clinical staff Document student progress and follow behavior protocols Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support teams Maintain a positive, encouraging environment that supports student growth What We're Looking For Experience working with children or students (school-based experience a plus!) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain patient, calm, and supportive Reliability and willingness to work in an on-call or flexible schedule Interest in growing within education, ABA, or behavioral health fields Why Join Amergis? Minimum Requirements:
