2026-2027 School Year Join Our Team Our leading educational staffing agency is seeking a qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time opportunity in Valley Center, CA for the entire 2026-2027 academic year . This role offers the opportunity to work directly with a student in a focused 1:1 setting while collaborating with school personnel to support meaningful behavioral and educational outcomes. Position Summary The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and ongoing support services for a student requiring individualized behavioral programming. The successful candidate will utilize evidence-based practices to drive positive change and help foster student success in the educational environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct BCBA services within a school-based setting. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data. Deliver 1:1 behavioral support and consultation as needed. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families. Train and support educational staff on behavior management strategies. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements. Participate in student meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Required Qualifications Active California BCBA certification/licensure required. Previous school-based experience is required. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing. Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary educational team.
