Behavior Technician (BT) Float | $27/hr | School Schedule | Concord, CA $27/hr paid weekly | Monday to Friday school schedule | District-wide float position Looking for a school-based Behavior Technician role that offers consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to make an impact across multiple campuses? Covelo Group is hiring experienced Behavior Technician Floaters to support K-12 students throughout the Concord area. This is a district-wide float position, meaning you'll be assigned to different school sites based on staffing needs rather than working at one permanent campus. As a Float Behavior Technician, you'll help ensure students continue receiving consistent behavioral support wherever you're needed. This role is best suited for experienced BTs who can quickly adapt to new classrooms, collaborate with different school teams, and confidently implement behavior support strategies with minimal supervision. Why You Should Apply Earn $27/hr with weekly pay• Consistent Monday to Friday school schedule Work across multiple school campuses within the district Gain experience with a variety of students, grade levels, and classroom settings Expand your skills by partnering with different educators and support teams Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more are available starting the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment What You'll Do Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to K-12 students Travel to assigned school sites based on daily district staffing needs Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), IEP goals, and 504 accommodations Reinforce positive behaviors and classroom expectations Collect behavioral data and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff to support student success Adapt quickly to different classrooms, students, and school routines while maintaining consistent support What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Previous experience working as a Behavior Technician (BT) is required Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Ability to step into new school environments and work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned school sites throughout the district Availability to work a consistent Monday to Friday school schedule Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills We're interviewing now, so apply today to learn more about joining Covelo Group's Behavior Technician Float team.
