This is a district-wide float position, meaning you'll be assigned to different school sites based on staffing needs rather than working at one permanent campus. As a Float Behavior Technician, you'll help ensure students continue receiving consistent behavioral support wherever you're needed. This role is best suited for experienced BTs who can quickly adapt to new classrooms, collaborate with different school teams, and confidently implement behavior support strategies with minimal supervision.
