Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Collect and maintain accurate data to monitor client progress during therapy sessions. Assist clients with daily living skills and help improve social interactions. Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere for clients and their families. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest standards of care.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience and certification). Paid Initial ABA training and support with becoming RBT certified through the BACB to help you obtain your RBT certification (for those applying as Behavior Technicians).
