Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract A temporary opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support in an educational setting. This contract position is based in Watsonville, CA, and requires a professional with expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to assist students in achieving meaningful behavioral and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor progress. Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior strategies. Qualifications and Experience:
