Must have reliable transportation. We are seeking Behavior Technicians I (BTs) to deliver in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy in

San Gabriel/Pomona Area Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy in home and/or clinic settings Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by supervising BCBAs Collect data and document session notes using electronic systems Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and client families Participate in supervision and training as required by the BACB® Occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods

Qualifications:

Behavior Technician 1: ($19.00-$24.00) Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs (e.g., autism, special education, early intervention) Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree program Negative TB test and clear background check (required before start) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Willingness to commute up to 30 miles between client locations (drive time paid at minimum wage) Basic proficiency with technology (smartphone/tablet) Bilingual a plus

Behavior Technician II:

($21.00-$26.00) At least 2 years of experience working with children with special needs (autism, early intervention, special education, etc.) Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, education, or a related field required. Ability to pass a DOJ background check and provide a negative TB test Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance Willing to commute up to 30 miles between sessions (drive time paid at minimum wage) Basic proficiency with technology (smartphone/tablet) Bilingual skills a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

$19.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience and education Paid drive time between clients and mileage reimbursement in accordance with California labor law Paid sick leave per California and Los Angeles regulations Overtime pay for more than 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week Legally required rest and meal breaks Health insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week 401(k) and 401(k) matching Ongoing training and team support

Schedule:

Required Open Availability Monday-Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with weekend availability as needed Split shift premium available based on scheduling needs and job requirements. Flexible scheduling may be available
