Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting a first-grade male student in a general education setting. This position, located in Woodland, CA, requires working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) addressing intense behaviors including attention-seeking and avoidance. The role involves providing one-on-one support and collaborating with a paraeducator assigned to the student.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized behavioral support following the established BIP Collaborate effectively with the BCBA and paraeducator to ensure consistent implementation Monitor and document behavioral progress and data Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for the student Adapt strategies as needed to meet the student's needs and goals
Qualifications:
Valid RBT certification Experience working with children exhibiting intense behavioral challenges Familiarity with Behavior Intervention Plans and data collection Ability to collaborate with educational and clinical staff professionals Strong communication and observational skills

Woodland, CA Contract assignment from ASAP to June 5, 2026 35 hours per week One-on-one caseload supporting a 1st-grade male student in general education This role provides a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young learner's development while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
