Hope, Inc. is seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 2:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for an adult client with developmental disabilities in the client's home in Whittier, CA . This position requires professionals who are confident implementing behavior intervention plans, maintaining client safety, and working collaboratively with a supervising BCBA. Schedule Daytime, approximately 30 hours per week Services provided in the client's home & community in Whittier Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services required. Experience supporting adolescents or adults with developmental disabilities strongly preferred. Experience implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collecting accurate session data. Ability to remain calm and professional while working with challenging behaviors, including aggression, property destruction, and other behaviors that may pose safety concerns. Current RBT certification preferred but not required. Must have bachelors degree or higher Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Must successfully pass a criminal background check and TB screening. Training and Support Ongoing supervision and support provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification provided if not already certified.
