Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active BCBA certification required Experience in K-12 school settings is highly preferred Proficiency conducting functional behavior assessments and writing detailed behavior intervention plans Effective collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and parents Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities Passion for supporting students with diverse behavioral needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver onsite BCBA services across assigned campuses Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Provide training and consultation to teachers, aides, and family members Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate behavioral data Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering informed recommendations Support positive, inclusive, and safe learning environments Assist with gathering caseload information and adjusting services as needed
