Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Take your skills as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to the next level by making a real impact in a school community near Winters, CA. This contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through early June 2027, offering the chance to work onsite supporting a dedicated student and collaborating closely with education professionals. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one behavioral support for a 4th-grade student with moderate needs and a history of aggressive behaviors. Your expertise as an RBT will be key in implementing behavior intervention plans, tracking progress, and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Demonstrated experience managing aggressive behaviors, particularly in school settings Ability to remain calm, objective, and empathetic under challenging circumstances Strong communication skills and commitment to collaboration with teachers and staff Compliance with all background check and safety requirements per school guidelines
Essential Responsibilities:
