This full-time, in-person opportunity empowers you to work directly with PreK8th grade students, fostering positive changes and supporting their growth across 23 campuses. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be an integral part of a collaborative educational environment, shaping effective behavior intervention plans and consulting with staff to ensure every childs success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active BCBA certification with up-to-date credentials Experience working with PreK8th grade populations, preferably in a school-based setting Strong understanding of ABA principles and their application in educational environments Exceptional communication and collaborative problem-solving skills Ability to manage a 40-hour workweek across multiple sites confidently

Responsibilities & Duties:

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design data-driven intervention plans Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to implement strategies and monitor progress Train and support school staff in positive behavioral supports and ABA interventions Track student goals, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust plans as needed Provide crisis intervention and ongoing behavior consultation services as necessary Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that equips students for success You will thrive in this school-based contract role if youre passionate about helping children reach their potential and value hands-on collaboration with dedicated educational professionals.
