As a Behavior Technician, you'll be more than just "staff" — you'll be a vital part of a collaborative, encouraging, and growth-focused community. $22.5
- 27/hr based on experience and credentials.
- No experience? No problem. We'll train you and support you through RBT certification. Weekly BCBA support

What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (weekdays). Passion for helping individuals with autism reach their potential.Preferred:
RBT credential or 6+ months ABA experience. Bilingual skills. Pay & Benefits $22.5- 27/hr based on experience and credentials.
