This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians who thrive in high-energy environments and are passionate about supporting students with significant needs. Two RBTs are needed to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, engaging with students who present with Level 3 and Level 4 Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum, particularly those with intense needs, is strongly preferred Ability to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and follow Behavior Intervention Plans with fidelity Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families High level of patience, empathy, and adaptability in challenging situations Strong organizational and documentation abilities Comfortable working in a dynamic school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Support students one-on-one or in small groups within the school setting Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect ongoing data to monitor student progress and inform intervention adjustments Assist with classroom management and create a supportive, structured environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success and safety Maintain accurate, confidential records as required Experience real rewards by empowering students to reach their goals while developing your skills in a challenging, supportive educational setting.
