Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting Level 3 and Level 4 Autism students strongly preferred Proven ability to manage and excel with a very intense caseload Strong behavior intervention and de-escalation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to adhere to the ethical and professional standards required in a school environment
