Job Summary Job Summary Under the supervision of the Executive Director - Student Services (or designee) and the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), assists and collaborates with teachers and staff on the implementation of student Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and behavior accommodations, works with individual students in a variety of classroom settings who have extensive behavior support needs, delivers behavior intervention services, implements evidenced-based practices, collects and records data, and performs related work as needed.
