Prisma Dimensions Group is a leading provider of behavioral health services, dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults with disabilities. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team as independent contractors across Colorado (Aurora, Centennial, Boulder, Fort Collins, Loveland, Longmont, Denver, Castle Rock, Parker, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, as well as surrounding areas). We specialize in delivering person-centered support through innovative and evidence-based practices. Our commitment to excellence drives us to seek passionate and skilled professionals to join us.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for adults with disabilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Provide training and support to caregivers and support staff to implement behavior intervention plans effectively. Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments. Stay current with best practices and research in the field of applied behavior analysis. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with adults with disabilities, preferably in Medicaid DD Waiver services. Strong assessment, problem-solving, and intervention skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and remotely.
Requirements:
Valid BCBA certification. Professional liability insurance. Reliable transportation for travel to client locations. Availability to work flexible hours based on client needs.
