Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans and support their growth and development. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress towards goals. Provide direct support in behavioral therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with organizational policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and social interaction. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding client progress and needs. Experience Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred. Familiarity with behavioral health practices and principles is essential. Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation. Previous experience in patient care or related fields is highly desirable. Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral interventions. A background in assisting children or young adults in a therapeutic or educational setting is a plus. Fill:
You will need to drive from client to client. I will reimburse mileage between clients. If you could do any of these hours, I encourage you to apply.
RBT/BCBA
supervision is provided. Safety Care training is provided.
Monday:
6-7 AM, 1-4 PM, 4-7 PM (different clients)
Tuesday:
1-4 PM, 4-7 PM (different clients)
Wednesday:
6-7 AM, 8-11 AM, 2:30-5:30 PM, 1-4 PM, 4-7 PM (different clients)
Thursday:
1-4 PM, 4-7 PM (different clients)
Friday:
8-11 AM, 1-4 PM, 4-7 PM (different clients)
Saturday:
1-7 PM, 1-5 PM (different clients)
Sunday:

Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
