Job Description

Job Summary Looking for an RBT that is willing to take on the toughest cases in Colorado with high acuity and severe behaviors. Extremely gratifying and fulfilling work- you can make a huge difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities that have been written off by everyone else. And you can make a massive impact on their families as well Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change through personalized therapy plans. Paid training and ongoing professional development are provided to ensure your success in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and hygiene to foster independence. Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols tailored to each client's care plan. Support clients during one-on-one sessions, providing direct behavioral therapy in home or clinical settings. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure cohesive care and progress updates. Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and records compliant with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine individualized care plans for clients on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders. Skills Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum. Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards. Familiarity with special education environments, school experience, or home-based behavioral services is a plus. Ability to implement ABA therapy protocols consistently while adhering to ethical guidelines such as the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Excellent client communication skills to build rapport and support positive outcomes. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with diverse populations including individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
