Responsibilities Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols tailored to each client's needs, focusing on skill development and behavior management. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, feeding, and other essential self-care routines. Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Skills Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities in home-based or clinical settings. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and implementing ABA therapy protocols. Ability to assist clients with ADLs and support their independence through patient care techniques.
