Job Description

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a meaningful contract role supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Boulder area. In this full-time opportunity, you'll provide essential behavioral services across two elementary schools, collaborating closely with staff and families to help students excel. You'll have the chance to develop and implement behavioral interventions, perform comprehensive assessments, and track student progress throughout the academic year.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA certification (required) Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or an active COOL account—must be submitted with your resume for interview consideration Prior experience in an elementary school setting is strongly preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective team engagement Ability to organize, document, and adjust behavioral intervention plans Strong commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and student support teams to implement interventions Train staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and best practices Monitor the effectiveness of plans and adjust as needed for continuous improvement Maintain documentation and compliance with all regulations and ethical guidelines This position offers a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week on campus, providing the consistency needed for student progress and professional fulfillment.
