Job Description

Step into an impactful role supporting students in vibrant school environments as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite, both as a floating support across K-12 settings and directly 1:1 with a student at the elementary level. As part of a dedicated behavioral support team, you'll collaborate closely with educators, fellow RBTs, and paraprofessionals to foster student growth and positive behavioral outcomes.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Active CDE or COOL license required Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting students within a school setting Proven competence working with K-12 populations in diverse classroom environments Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills Commitment to compassionate, student-centered behavioral support
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral interventions to individual students and small groups within school environments Work 1:1 with a student at the elementary level (with additional support from another RBT and paraprofessional, maximum 10 students in the classroom) Rotate (float) between K-12 classrooms to provide flexible behavioral support where it's most needed Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans Collect data and document student progress to inform and adjust intervention strategies Maintain detailed records in compliance with all regulatory and district standards
Position Details:
