Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through behavioral health and autism support. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols designed to improve the quality of life for children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on approved ABA therapy protocols, ensuring consistency and fidelity in delivery Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and communication to promote independence Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in developing social, communication, and functional skills through engaging teaching strategies Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards Communicate regularly with supervising behavior analysts, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to coordinate care plans Support the implementation of behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Skills Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders (ASD) Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and behavior data collection methods Strong understanding of special education principles and experience supporting individuals in school or home settings Ability to assist with ADLs and implement therapeutic activities that foster skill development Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care Demonstrated professionalism adhering to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Join our team if you're passionate about making a positive impact through behavioral health services!
