What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized, evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that align with IEP goals. Oversee treatment integrity, data collection, and plan implementation across classrooms. Provide supervision, modeling, and coaching to instructional staff. Support crisis prevention and response through trauma-assumed, safety-based practices. Collaborate closely with teachers, related service providers, and families to promote consistent, effective support. Maintain clear documentation that meets BACB, state, and school standards. What We're Looking For Master's degree and current BCBA certification 2+ years of experience supporting children with autism or developmental disabilities (school experience preferred) Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration Working knowledge of IEP processes and school-based service delivery (preferred) Calm, ethical, and compassionate approach to student behavior and staff support CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
