Consistent Pay Most RBTs at SOS work full-time (40 hours per week) Your pay is not affected by client cancellations. Opportunities for overtime True Work-Life Balance Work in the center Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 90 minutes Serve clients in their homes 4:30pm - 6:30pm (up to two days per week) 10 days paid time off (because you deserve it!) 10 days paid holidays Unlimited Non-Paid Time Off Training and Support SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs. As a trainer, you will have first dibs to move up as an Office Manager at newly opening locations. SOS will help you become a BCBA!
