Contract Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a contract basis in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavior analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. In-home families needing ABA support. Number of clients 1 to 4. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff. Monitor and analyze client progress using data-driven methods and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and state/federal regulations related to behavior analysis services. Document all services and maintain accurate records in a timely manner. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
