Job Description

Behavior Technician (BT) - School-Based | Littleton, CO | $27-$30/hr ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to join a supportive school team in Littleton, Colorado. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with students who require behavioral and educational support while collaborating with teachers, specialists, and other school professionals.

Position Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and small-group behavioral support services to students Assist students exhibiting challenging behaviors, including aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors Implement individualized behavior plans and intervention strategies as directed by the behavioral team Track, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress notes Partner with teachers, specialists, and support staff to promote student success and positive outcomes Help create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of ABA-related experience, preferably in a school environment RBT certification is welcome but not required for candidates with strong hands-on experience Background working with students demonstrating significant behavioral challenges is highly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills

Compensation:
